Do I need any experience to hatch eggs?
No. Most of our customers are hatching for the first time. The incubator handles temperature, turning and humidity on its own, and Hatch Support handles the rest: you send a photo, we tell you what to do next.
Which size should I choose?
The 48-egg Home suits most backyard flocks and is our most popular size. Take the 9-egg Compact for a first try or a classroom, the 98-egg Pro for a hobby farm or breed club, and the 300-egg Farm for continuous batches. Not sure? Message us before you order and we will size it to your flock.
Can I hatch duck, quail or goose eggs?
Yes. The rollers adjust to egg size. Quail run 17 to 18 days, duck 28, Muscovy duck 35, turkey 28, guinea fowl 26 to 28, goose 28 to 34 depending on breed. The Hatch Guide has the full table, and duck and goose eggs benefit from a daily cooling and misting we will walk you through.
Where do I get fertile eggs?
Local breeders, poultry clubs, or your own rooster. Fertile eggs travel badly, so buy as close to home as you can and let shipped eggs rest pointed end down for 12 to 24 hours before setting them.
What is Hatch Support, exactly?
From the day you tell us you have set your eggs until the day they hatch, you can send us a photo of your display or a candled egg and get a real answer back, usually the same day. Not a chatbot. It is included with every unit and costs nothing extra.
What happens if my hatch fails?
Message us and we go through your log together. If the unit did not hold temperature, or the turner or fan failed, we replace the part or the unit under warranty. If it was a setup issue, we tell you exactly what to change for the next batch. We will not pretend a bad batch of eggs was the machine.
How loud is it, and how much power does it use?
Two small fans, about the sound of a laptop. The 48-egg model draws under 100 W, so a full 21-day hatch costs roughly the same as running a fridge for a week.
How fast do you ship?
Free and tracked across the 48 contiguous states. Most orders arrive in 8 to 13 business days, and you get the tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned. We would rather give you the real window than a flattering one.
Can I return it?
Yes. Thirty days from delivery, unused, clean and in its original packaging, for any reason at all. You cover return shipping, and we refund the product price within 5 business days of receiving it.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years, limited, on the heater, fan, sensor and turning motor. Send us the order number, a description and a photo or short video, and in most cases we ship you the part at no cost. If it cannot be repaired with a part, we replace or refund it.
