Australia

Shipping is free Australia-wide on every Ovatek incubator. Orders placed before 2 pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Australian warehouse. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

• Metro areas: 2 to 4 business days
• Regional areas: 4 to 7 business days
• Remote areas, WA and NT regional: 7 to 10 business days

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers for the 98-egg and 300-egg models because of carton size.

New Zealand

Flat rate NZ$29, tracked, 6 to 10 business days. Any GST or duties on arrival are payable by the recipient.

Damaged in transit

Check the carton when it arrives. If it is crushed or the unit is damaged, photograph it before you unpack further and email support@ovatek.com.au within 48 hours. We send a replacement and handle the carrier claim ourselves.

Wrong address

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we contact you to confirm and re-send. A second delivery attempt to a corrected address is free.
