How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free across the lower 48. Estimated delivery: 8 to 13 days.
My order confirmation email has a "View your order" button. What is it?
It opens your order status page, with the tracking once the package has shipped.
The tracking has not moved for a few days.
Tracking can pause between scans. If nothing has changed for several days, email us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.
